南京市第一医院国际高端医疗服务就诊流程

1、患者如有就医需求，请先与其所属保险公司客服联系。
2、保险公司客服联系医院国际高端医疗中心为患者预约就诊并递交《担保函》。
3、国际高端医疗中心工作人员根据客户病情为其预约专家并安排就诊时间。
4、患者按照约定时间来院就诊，就诊时请出示护照或身份证、保险卡原件。
5、患者在门诊二楼国际高端医疗中心或者专家门诊就诊，在绿色通道窗口挂号缴费。
特别提醒：请就诊者携带好相关证件，安排好个人事情按约就诊，如遇到非常特殊原因不能按约就诊，请务必提前告知我们！
International High-end Medical Service Visit Process
1．Contact your insurance company first when you need medical care.
2．Insurance companies then make appointments with High-end Medical Service Center, arrange visiting time and submit Letter of Guarantee for the clients.
3．International High-end Medical Service Center will make appointments with
hospital specialists for the clients according to their medical conditions.
4．The patients should come visit the doctor according to the schedule of appointment and provide Passport(or ID card ) and medical insurance card.
5．Patients will see the doctor in International High-end Medical Service Center on second floor in the Clinic or in the specialist’s office. Register and pay via Green Channel.
Note that：Please visit the doctors according to the appointment and provide your identification certificates.
