安徽医科大学第二附属医院持护照外籍人士预约服务流程

　　1.凭有效护照证件在门诊人工窗口办理安医大二附院就诊卡

　　Apply for the medical card of The Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University at the service window of the outpatient department with your valid passport.

　　2.携带就诊卡至门诊多功能一体机处进行挂号预约，自助机工作人员将主动为您提供帮助

　　Bring the medical card to the outpatient multi-functional machine to register and make an appointment, and the staff will help you.

　　3.预约成功后，即可前往相应诊区就诊，就诊过程中有任何问题可至护士站咨询

　　After a successful appointment, you can go to relevent department for treatment, and you can go to the nurse station if you have any questions.

　　1.扫码关注“安医大二附院互联网医院”微信公众号，进入“互联网医院”，点击就医服务，选择预约挂号

　　Scan the wechat public account of "Internet Hospital of The Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University", click medical services, and choose to make an appointment.

　　2.依次选择预约科室、预约日期、预约医生

　　Select department, time of visit and doctor in turn.

　　3. 添加就诊卡

　　Add a medical card

　　①： 已办理我院就诊卡，可直接进行绑定，就诊人与就诊卡持有者须一致。如绑卡时遇到问题请到门诊一楼总服务台进行咨询

　　①：If you have already applied for the medical card of our hospital, you can directly bind the card, and the patient and the card holder must be the same. If you have any problems when binding your card, please go to the service desk on the first floor for help.

　　②： 未办理我院就诊卡，填写信息，注意证件类型处选择“护照”，即可在线办理电子健康卡

　　②：If you do not apply for the medical card of our hospital, fill in the information and select passport under the id type, then you can apply for the electronic health card online.

　　5.预约成功后，即可携带就诊卡或者电子健康卡前往相应诊区就诊，就诊过程中有任何问题可至护士站咨询

　　1.我院所有预约服务（包括合作的第三方预约平台）均为免费服务，不收取任何费用。

　　2.用于预约的患者姓名、护照号、手机号需要真实有效，否则可能会给您的就诊带来不便。

　　The patient’s name, passport number and mobile phone number used for appointment should be real and valid, otherwise it’ll be inconvenient to you.

　　3.放号时间：各预约平台可提前预约7天号源，每天下午5:30放号。

　　Release time: appointment can be made 7 days in advance on any booking platform, release number at 5:30 PM every day.
